The Diamond Bandits Organization---- Our mission is to provide young ladies within the community the opportunity to develop their skills in the game of softball in order to compete at an elite level. We believe in teaching through sports the values of team work, sportsmanship and dedication in achieving goals both on and off the field.

The 18U Diamond Bandits---- We are a team of 18U ladies dedicated to playing competitive fast pitch softball both locally and throughout the region.  Our team exists solely to promote the development of these young ladies in pursuit of our core goals and beliefs:

  1. Have Fun...Enjoying what you do is key to success in any endeavor.

  2. Hard Work and Dedication in preparation to play at the High School level and beyond.

  3. Sportsmanship and Teamwork as life lessons that transcend sports.

  4. Developing Leadership Skills and Confidence along with Mind and Body for success in any pursuit.

Our entire staff is a dedicated group of parent volunteers and coaches with many years of combined experience in youth sports. Our staff philosophy:

  1. Support core goals and beliefs

  2. Encourage multi-sport athletes

  3. Preparation for High School Softball

  4. Provide college exposure
